Job summary

Sift, headquartered in Marina Del Rey, CA, is seeking a hands-on Visual Designer to own and evolve our external visual identity. You will translate complex technical concepts into clear visuals and narratives across the website, campaigns, and sales materials.

Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and leadership to maintain a consistent brand while delivering high-quality design work. This role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration, and the ability to create scalable design systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in visual, brand, or marketing design.
• Experience designing for B2B technology companies, ideally including complex or technical products.
• Strong visual design fundamentals: typography, composition, color, layout, information hierarchy.
• Ability to translate abstract or technical concepts into clear visuals and narratives.
• Experience designing across websites, campaigns, presentations, and sales materials.
• Proficiency in Figma and building reusable components and brand systems.
• Ability to manage design projects from concept through production with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and execution of external-facing materials: website graphics, landing pages, campaigns, social content, presentations, sales collateral.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear visual narratives, diagrams, illustrations, and product explainers.
• Maintain and evolve Sift's visual identity across digital, print, and presentation materials.
• Develop scalable brand systems, templates, and reusable assets for Marketing and Sales.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Product to communicate technical capabilities to engineering and business audiences.
• Work with external agencies on larger projects, ensuring brand consistency.
• Own projects from concept to final production, balancing quality, priorities, and deadlines.
