Job summary

Sift is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to own the end-to-end external visual identity across website, campaigns, and sales materials. Based in San Francisco, you will translate complex technical concepts into clear visuals, working with Marketing, Sales, Product, and leadership.

You’ll maintain the brand, develop scalable systems, and supervise agency partners on larger projects, driving a consistent, recognizable identity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in visual, brand, or marketing design with a strong portfolio.
• Experience designing for B2B technology with complex products.
• Strong typography, layout, and information hierarchy.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into visuals.
• Experience across websites, campaigns, and sales materials.
• Proficiency in Figma and building reusable components.
• Experience managing projects from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and execution of external-facing materials (website graphics, landing pages, campaigns, social content, presentations, sales collateral).
• Translate complex products into clear visual narratives and diagrams.
• Maintain and evolve visual identity across digital, print, and presentation materials.
• Develop scalable brand systems, templates, and reusable assets.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Product to communicate capabilities to engineers and business audiences.
• Partner with external agencies on larger projects, ensuring brand consistency.
• Own projects from concept through production, balancing quality and deadlines.
