The role emphasizes governance, documentation, and self-service tools, with opportunities to leverage AI in design workflows and maintain a high bar for craft.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in design systems, digital/brand design or marketing design.
• Strong portfolio showing design systems, templates or scalable solutions.
• Advanced typography, color, accessibility, visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Create, evolve, and maintain scalable design systems and templates.
• Translate brand principles into flexible systems across channels.
• Collaborate with Web leadership to align marketing site experiences.
• Develop templates and systemized solutions while preserving brand quality.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and scale creative workflows.
• Build self-service tools enabling marketers and non-designers.
• Create documentation and usage guidelines for teams.
