Tailscale is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to elevate our visual identity across web, product, and marketing touchpoints. You will own brand projects from concept through delivery, shaping a cohesive design system and scalable assets for a global audience.

You will collaborate with Growth, Web, Content, Product Marketing, and Developer Relations to craft compelling experiences that explain complex networking in clear, accessible ways. Remote-friendly role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in brand, marketing or visual design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design foundations including typography, layout and color theory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to justify design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own brand design projects from brief to final delivery with limited guidance.
• Design assets across web, campaigns, events, social media, presentations and product marketing.
• Extend and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with Growth, Web, Content, Product Marketing, and Developer Relations.
• Present concepts and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
