Job summary

Worldly is seeking a part-time contract Designer, Brand and Marketing to support our marketing team across campaigns, web, social, events, and executive communications. Work within the brand system, evolving it where needed, and turn complex data into clear visuals.

You’ll report to the Director of Marketing and collaborate with the Director of Product Design on consistent brand expression across marketing and product touchpoints. Remote work with overlap with NA hours is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing for B2B or technology brands with a strong portfolio.
• Strong visual judgment from concept to production.
• Excellent information design and data visualization capabilities.
• Fluent in Figma; proficient in Canva and presentation design tools.
• Experience across web, social, events, and print formats.
• Able to work independently from a brief with minimal direction.
• Overlap with North America work hours; openness to remote collaboration.
• Interest or experience with AI in design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing assets across campaigns, landing pages, social, digital promotion, and events.
• Evolve and extend Worldly's brand system as needed.
• Create executive presentations and customer-facing decks with reusable templates.
• Lead visual design for event presence, including booth graphics and session materials.
• Build a photography library for slides and assets.
• Convert sustainability and supply chain data into clear charts and layouts.
• Develop reusable templates and visual patterns for the marketing team.
• Collaborate with Product Design on shared visual patterns and brand expression.
