Job summary

Allen Matkins seeks a Senior Designer, Creative & Brand to shape the firm's visual identity through high-quality design across print, digital, presentations, campaigns, events and environmental graphics.

You will own projects from concept through production, collaborating with attorneys and leadership to drive business development, recruiting and client engagement while exploring AI-assisted design tools.

Qualifications

Eight or more years of hands-on graphic design and creative services experience.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong portfolio across print, digital, presentations, campaigns and brand design.

Responsibilities

Serve as the firm's primary, hands-on designer for BD, marketing, recruiting and internal communications.
Develop and design materials for digital and print campaigns, social media and websites.
Design high-impact pitches, proposals and client presentations.
Create visual assets for events, campaigns and brand initiatives.
Maintain and evolve the firm's visual identity and brand standards.
Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure quality and consistency.
