Job summary

Nen Creative is seeking a Senior Designer to craft brand identities and digital work for ambitious tech startups. You’ll own projects from concept through delivery, push craft boundaries, and present decisions clearly to founders and leadership.

You’ll collaborate with a tight-knit team of designers, strategists, and developers, taking ownership, iterating quickly, and helping raise the studio’s standards through thoughtful, tasteful work.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience as a designer, preferably in branding or creative agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, composition, visual systems and identity work.
• Strong conceptual thinking with ability to turn ideas into cohesive systems.
• High ownership and reliability; capable of delivering with minimal supervision.
• Strong with clients and presentations; able to articulate thinking clearly.
• Ability to move between thinking and making; attention to detail.
• Driven to raise the bar; curious about design and culture.

Responsibilities

• Design across brand identity, visual systems, websites, campaigns, and launch experiences.
• Develop distinctive directions from exploration to fully realized systems.
• Own projects and workstreams from concept through delivery.
• Present work to clients, explain decisions, and respond to feedback.
• Collaborate with leadership, strategists, developers, PMs, and other designers.
• Contribute to critiques and raise the quality of work.
