Job summary

Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to join our dynamic law firm client. You will support marketing and visual material design for marketing, business development, recruiting, and client engagement purposes.

Design campaigns for advertising, social media, web content, email marketing, publications, and professional materials; develop visuals including infographics and presentations; maintain brand standards and create event materials.

Qualifications

• Must have advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, visual storytelling, and brand management.
• Experience with video editing, motion graphics and Adobe Premiere Pro.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing and visual material design for marketing, business development, recruiting, and client engagement purposes.
• Design campaigns (digital/print) for advertising, social media, web content, email marketing, publications, and professional materials.
• Create pitches, requests for proposals (RFP), client presentations, and attorney credentials/ presentations.
• Develop and translate ideas into visual communication, including infographics, charts, data visualizations, and presentations.
• Oversee full-cycle project management to meet required deadlines.
• Maintain/develop brand standards, visual identity systems, templates, and creative resources.
• Create marketing materials for client programs and practice group campaigns, and recruiting communications.
• Design event materials (invitations, signage, sponsorship, graphics, and branding).
• Work with outside vendors to produce photography, video, motion graphics, and multimedia projects.
