Job summary

Allen Matkins is seeking a Senior Designer, Creative & Brand to elevate the firm’s visual identity across print, digital, presentations, campaigns and events. You will own design projects end-to-end, shape visual standards and collaborate with attorneys, marketing, recruiting and leadership.

The ideal candidate brings strong portfolio, expert Adobe Creative Cloud skills and a track record of delivering polished, professional designs in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of hands-on graphic design and creative services experience.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the firm's primary, hands-on designer across print, digital, presentations and campaigns.
• Develop creative materials for digital and print campaigns, advertising, social media, website content and emails.
• Design high-impact pitches, client presentations and business development materials.
• Create visuals for events, thought leadership, and firm-wide initiatives.
• Manage projects from concept to production, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with vendors, printers and external partners as needed.
