Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a packaging design professional for a remote, US‑based role in its in‑house agency. You will shape packaging design intents, master assets, and shopper toolkits, ensuring regulatory and multilingual requirements are met while preserving core brand equities.

Your work spans collaboration with regional teams and design realization partners to deliver on‑brand packaging with sustainable by‑design principles and high print fidelity.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of FMCG packaging design experience in‑house or agency.
• Strong portfolio showing design‑to‑print excellence across substrates.
• Ability to translate brand strategy into production‑ready design intents.
• Expertise in color management, prepress, and proof/press checks.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (and 3D tools).

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Brand Lead on prioritization, resources, and workflows.
• Co‑develop design briefs and streamline design processes.
• Lead color/print feasibility and support remote or on‑site press approvals.
• Coordinate with Design Realization and print production to match design intent.
• Adapt packaging assets for regional languages while preserving brand equity.
• Embed sustainability practices with Global Packaging teams.
