Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a packaging design professional for a remote, US‑based role in its in‑house agency. You will shape packaging design intents, master assets, and shopper toolkits, ensuring regulatory and multilingual requirements are met while preserving core brand equities.

Your work spans collaboration with regional teams and design realization partners to deliver on‑brand packaging with sustainable by‑design principles and high print fidelity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FMCG packaging design experience in‑house or agency.
• Strong portfolio showing design‑to‑print excellence across substrates.
• Ability to translate brand strategy into production‑ready design intents.
• Expertise in color management, prepress, and proof/press checks.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (and 3D tools).
