Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a highly skilled graphic designer for contract work. You will translate insights into compelling visual concepts across digital, mobile, social, and live event environments.

Collaboration with copywriters, strategists, and peers will drive integrated campaigns while maintaining brand standards and design systems. Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe CC, Figma, and motion graphics.

Qualifications

• A professional portfolio showcasing high-concept, strategy-led visual work spanning digital and multi-channel platforms.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word), and Figma; working knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects) is preferred.
• Hands-on design experience for desktop, mobile web, and native apps, backed by a strong grasp of user experience principles and consumer purchasing behavior.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to apply critique constructively.
• Proven aptitude for managing multiple workstreams and tight deadlines with a self-motivated, problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategic insights and creative briefs into engaging visual concepts and final design deliverables.
• Partner with copywriters, strategists, and design peers to conceptualize and build integrated campaigns across digital, mobile, social, physical store environments, and live events.
• Support the end-to-end creative lifecycle from early ideation through final deployment, guaranteeing alignment with creative quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Manage design execution across several concurrent initiatives, successfully navigating evolving feedback and shifting timelines in a dynamic workspace.
• Work directly with the Art Director to maintain design cohesion, creative alignment, and industry best practices.
• Research market trends, shopper behaviors, and competitive positioning alongside strategy partners to inform design choices across color palettes, typography, imagery, and visual tone.
• Enforce strict adherence to design systems and external advertiser brand standards across every project.
• Partner with creative production specialists to package design files for final release and ensure high-precision execution.
