Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Designer, Brand Advertising to concept and craft campaigns that raise brand equity and drive impact across channels. You’ll sit within the Design team and collaborate with Advertising, Identity, and product teams to ensure campaigns feel true to Stripe’s voice.

The role demands strong craft, a track record of independent delivery, and the ability to influence peers and leaders while maintaining brand integrity and strategic focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in design and art direction, ideally at product-focused companies.
• Proven ability to lead and influence other designers, contractors, and agencies.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across creative, product, marketing and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Concept, develop, and execute integrated campaigns across digital, film, print, OOH, and live activations.
• Collaborate with Advertising to build a strong creative pipeline aligned to goals.
• Partner with identity teams to ground work in Stripe's visual and verbal identity.
• Translate briefs and insights into sharp, distinctive campaign ideas.
• Present work to stakeholders and leadership to secure buy-in.
• Art direct external agencies and freelancers with brand alignment.
• Coordinate with producers to drive program timelines and quality.
• Elevate team standards and craft through your work.
