Stripe is seeking a Senior Designer, Brand Advertising, to concept and craft campaigns that build brand equity across digital, film, print, and OOH. You will work with the Advertising team and partner with Stripe Identity to ensure campaigns stay true to our visual and verbal identity.

This high-impact role emphasizes top-tier craft, campaign thinking, and leadership in a fast-paced environment, with collaboration across product, marketing, and strategy teams.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of design and art direction experience, ideally at technical or product-driven companies.
• Strong track record of independently delivering work while influencing others
• Deep cross-functional collaboration across creative, product, marketing, and strategy
• Strategic instincts for globally facing brands in fast-moving environments
• Proficiency in visual storytelling across film, digital, print, OOH, and activations
• Ability to sell ambitious creative work to senior leadership without diluting the concept
• Strong partnership mindset with producers to drive programs forward
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to navigate ambiguity

Responsabilidades

• Concept, develop, and execute integrated campaigns across digital, film, print, OOH, and live activations, from brief to delivery
• Build a strong creative pipeline with the Advertising team aligned to brand goals
• Collaborate with Stripe Identity to ensure campaigns reflect Stripe's identity
• Translate briefs and insights into sharp, distinctive campaign ideas
• Present and advocate for creative work to leadership without diluting the idea
• Direct external agencies, contractors, and collaborators to maintain quality
• Coordinate with producer leads to manage timelines and cross-workstream alignment
• Contribute to higher standards and craft culture through your work
