Job summary

Credit Genie in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to shape and scale our visual identity across external touchpoints, markets, and a new product line. You will lead end-to-end creative workstreams, collaborate with Product Marketing, Lifecycle, and Growth, and build scalable production systems to accelerate growth.

You will own design systems, execute high-impact campaigns, and partner with stakeholders to ensure brand continuity from marketing into the product.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of brand design experience with lifecycle or campaigns.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders across marketing, product and design.
• Experience building, launching, and marketing a new brand or product from scratch.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into a cohesive visual system across channels.
• Experience collaborating on creative A/B testing with channel owners using data.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion/video a plus.
• Fintech experience preferred.
• Bonus: experience building reusable creative systems or templates.

Responsibilities

• Evolve visual identity and design systems for Credit Genie and new initiatives.
• Define and launch brand touchpoints for a net-new product.
• Lead GTM and integrated campaign creative from concept to launch.
• Own lifecycle and performance creative across channels.
• Run data-informed experiments with channel owners to optimize assets.
• Build production systems and templates to speed up production.
• Scale web and marketing surfaces with high-converting pages.
• Maintain brand stewardship and product alignment across surfaces.
