Stripe is seeking a Senior Designer, Brand Advertising to conceptualize and craft campaigns that build brand equity across digital and traditional channels. You’ll sit within the Advertising team and partner with the Stripe Identity team to ensure campaigns reflect Stripe’s evolving brand.

This high-impact, ownership role emphasizes craft, cross-functional collaboration, and presenting ideas to senior leadership, with opportunities to shape how advertising looks and feels at Stripe.

Formación

• 5+ years of design and art direction experience at technical or product-driven companies.
• Proven ability to independently deliver work while guiding others.
• Cross-functional collaboration across creative, product, marketing, and strategy.
• Strategic instincts for building ambitious, globally facing brands in fast-moving environments.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and the latest AI workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Concept, develop, and execute campaigns across digital, film, print, OOH and live events.
• Collaborate with Advertising to build a strong, consistent creative pipeline aligned to goals.
• Partner with Identity team to ground campaigns in Stripe’s visual identity.
• Translate briefs and insights into sharp, distinctive campaign ideas.
• Present and defend ambitious creative work to leadership.
• Art direct external agencies and contractors while maintaining brand alignment.
• Coordinate with producers to manage timelines and quality across workstreams.
• Raise team craft standards with clear, high-quality output.
