Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a graphic or brand designer.
• Proven track record building and evolving brand systems across campaigns, products, or businesses.
• Standout portfolio showing strategic thinking, creativity, and polished execution across visual design, motion, editorial, digital, and social formats.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and prototyping tools, such as Figma.
• Experience leading design projects independently, with ability to mentor other designers and motion artists.
• Strong judgment and the confidence to influence stakeholders and guide creative direction.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of documentation, design systems, and brand guidelines.
• Shape high-quality visual assets and motion design across channels.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to define creative solutions that support goals.
• Direct the creation of mood boards, scamps, storyboards, and animatics to communicate concepts.
• Own projects end to end, from concept through delivery, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines across parallel workstreams with high execution standards.
