Aquent partnering with a leading global retailer seeks a Senior Designer to shape the brand's visual identity across channels, driving retail storytelling and customer engagement. You will translate brand vision into consumer-centric creative assets and lead design initiatives that align with marketing and business goals.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of design experience, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and a strong eye for typography, color, and layout.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional design experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent typography, color theory and layout skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, on-brand designs for diverse projects across print and digital.
• Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and marketing partners to concepts that connect with customers.
• Oversee production, ensuring pixel-perfect, print-ready deliverables.
• Build and evolve brand identities, design systems, logos, guidelines, and templates.
• Partner across teams to align creative work with business priorities.
