Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a senior brand and creative lead to enrich the design system in Claude Design and produce AI-powered templates that scale branding across Growth Marketing, sales, and digital assets. You will oversee a bench of contract designers and ensure on-brand materials for web, print, and motion formats.

You will collaborate with the Senior Director and project manager to align creative queues with core priorities, while also turning Content Marketing scripts into polished podcast,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of brand or creative direction experience with hands-on production ability.
• Strong proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
• Motion graphics or video production experience.
• Experience managing a high-volume, multi-stakeholder request queue with a defined intake process.
• Experience building reusable templates or design systems that let non-designers self-serve.
• Comfort using AI tooling, including Claude and Claude Design, as part of design production and design system work.
• Experience directing contract or freelance creative talent; people-management experience is a plus.
• Utility or energy-industry knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the enrichment of CLEAResult's design system in Claude Design and create AI-powered, self-serve templates for cross-team use.
• Own brand governance (Frontify) and drive ongoing brand modernization.
• Lead website and SharePoint design efforts across materials.
• Direct contract and freelance designers and maintain a reliable production bench.
• Triage and prioritize a high volume of ad hoc creative requests from multiple departments.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to schedule and batch work for core Growth Marketing priorities.
• Turn content scripts from Content Marketing Manager into podcast, webinar, and short-form video assets.
• Execute design requests across digital, print, events, sales enablement, and internal decks.
