Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a senior brand and marketing designer to enrich our Claude Design system and create AI-powered, self-serve templates for cross‑company use. You will lead on-brand materials across Growth Marketing, including brand, sales, social, web, and motion graphics, while guiding contract designers.

Note: this role is brand/marketing, not UX. You will own Frontify governance, oversee a high‑volume queue, deliver reusable templates, and collaborate with senior leadership to align

Qualifications

• 8+ years of brand or creative direction experience.
• Strong hands-on production ability in design work.
• Motion graphics or video production experience.
• Experience managing a high-volume, multi-stakeholder request queue with an intake process.
• Experience building reusable templates or design systems that enable self-serve by non-designers.
• Comfort using AI tooling, including Claude and Claude Design, in design production.
• Experience directing contract or freelance creative talent; people-management is a plus.
• Knowledge of utility or energy industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enrich the design system in Claude Design and create AI-powered, self-serve templates for company-wide use.
• Lead brand governance (Frontify) and ongoing modernization projects.
• Own website and SharePoint design, ensuring consistent on-brand output.
• Direct contract and freelance designers to maintain production capacity.
• Triage a high volume of creative requests and optimize intake processes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver cohesive creative queues and balance core priorities.
• Turn content scripts into finished podcast, webinar, and short-form video assets.
• Execute design across digital, print, event collateral, and sales enablement.
