Job summary

DataCore is seeking a senior, hands-on designer to own the brand and future of DataCore’s creative output. You will work daily at the keyboard, lead a small in-house design team with freelance support, and eventually engage agencies as the team scales, while staying hands-on.

You’ll refresh the brand book and digital design system within 90 days, drive demand-gen creative, and shape the flagship web presence and event collateral. This role blends craft with leadership.

Qualifications

• Hands-on design experience with modern tools and trends.
• Brand systems development and leadership in design teams.
• Experience leading or shaping redesigns of flagship web presences.

Responsibilities

• Own the DataCore brand and evolve the brand book and digital design system.
• Design and ideate campaigns, ads, and landing pages hands-on.
• Lead the web presence, digital touchpoints, and event collateral.
• Develop PowerPoint templates and sales enablement materials.
• Partner with GTM teams to build AI-driven design workflows.
