Job summary

DataCore Software GmbH, located in Fort Lauderdale, FL, seeks a senior, hands-on Design & Brand Lead who will own the brand and its future. You will refresh the brand book and design system, and drive campaigns, web presence, event collateral, and sales enablement assets with a focus on quality and consistency.

You’ll partner with the GTM engineering team to implement AI-driven design workflows and collaborate with product marketing, revenue marketing, and social teams to scale branded output.

Qualifications

• Hands-on design ability and willingness to execute rather than only direct.
• Fluency in Figma and modern design toolkit alongside Adobe.
• Experience using AI creative tools as part of production process.
• Portfolio showing brand systems thinking and evolved brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Own DataCore brand and its evolution, refresh brand book and design system.
• Design demand-gen campaigns, ads, and landing pages hands-on.
• Lead digital design for flagship web presence and current web practices.
• Oversee physical/event collateral, swag, and sales materials.
• Create PowerPoint templates and sales enablement assets with high quality.
• Partner with GTM engineering to build AI-driven design workflows.
• Collaborate with product marketing, revenue marketing, and social teams.
• Lead in-house designer and freelance resources; manage agency relationships as needed.
• Stay current with design trends and tools.
