Job summary

Deepgram seeks a Senior Designer for its Brand Marketing Studio to pair craft with sound judgment. You’ll move work forward independently, expanding our brand through thoughtful concepts and production-ready designs across print and digital.

You will report to the Design Director, collaborating with Marketing and the wider company to turn business needs into polished, on-brand design solutions while leveraging AI tools to accelerate exploration and production.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or communication design.
• Polished, production-ready work with typography, hierarchy, spacing, color and detail.
• Experience within design systems and brand guidelines.
• Strong independence with ability to escalate context and propose solutions.
• Proficient in Figma, Figma Weave, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation tools.
• Hands-on with AI tools in design workflows and understanding when they help.

Responsibilities

• Bring big creative ideas and high-impact execution to push the brand forward.
• Handle full design scope from event branding to keynote presentations and production tasks.
• Collaborate with designers, contractors, and cross-functional partners.
• Drive projects from brief to delivery, tracking milestones and risks.
• Translate goals from stakeholders into coherent design aligned with Brand Studio direction.
• Execute within the design system and brand guidelines across assets.
• Stay current with evolving brand standards and share improvements.
• Explore AI-assisted workflows to accelerate exploration and production.
