Job summary

InHouse is seeking a Senior Digital Designer to shape and scale its brand at the forefront of AI-driven interior design. You will partner with marketing, product and creative teams to build scalable brand systems and deliver across brand and marketing touchpoints.

The role demands a highly autonomous designer with strong taste and craft, able to translate technical concepts into clear visuals and evolve the visual identity as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of design and art direction experience at a creative agency or in‑house
• Portfolio demonstrating brand systems, digital & web design, marketing campaigns and design systems
• Strong typography, hierarchy, color and form mastery
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other industry standard tools
• Experience across web, print, digital assets, video and more
• Clear communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior-level design support across all brand and marketing initiatives
• Lead design end-to-end from concept to final execution with high craft and detail
• Develop, evolve and apply the brand system across brand, digital, print and touchpoints
• Translate complex or technical ideas into clear, simple visuals
• Develop and maintain core assets (templates, guidelines, libraries, tools) for scale across the organization
• Navigate ambiguity with thoughtful, novel design solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Operate with a scrappy, hands-on mindset in a startup context
