Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Senior Manager, Programs and Event Design to lead brand events, campaigns and programs, bringing the Snowflake identity to life across channels.

You will guide a small team of designers, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive production-ready assets from concept to delivery in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid role is based in Menlo Park with collaboration across Dublin CA, reflecting Snowflake’s flexible work approach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of creative design experience in agency, studio, or internal team.
• Conceptual thinker able to create original graphics and production-ready files.
• Strong visual storytelling through color, typography and composition.
• Experience designing large-scale live events with stages and booths.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with pixel-perfect design results.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; portfolio required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Brand Design team and drive a unified brand identity across assets.
• Develop concepts with partners and deliver across channels on time and brief.
• Collaborate with copywriters, demand gen, events, and product marketing.
• Produce assets for demand gen, product marketing, landing pages, and more.
• Oversee digital and print design from concept to delivery.
• Ensure alignment with brand standards and visual style guidelines.
• Stay current on trends and advise on digital processes and tech.
• Identify efficiency improvements in design workflows, including AI tools.
