Job description

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

WHO WE ARE

Snowflake delivers the AI Data Cloud — a global network where thousands of organizations mobilize data with near-unlimited scale, concurrency, and performance. Inside the AI Data Cloud, organizations unite their siloed data, easily discover and securely share governed data, and execute diverse analytic workloads. Wherever data or users live, Snowflake delivers a single and seamless experience across multiple public clouds. Snowflake’s platform is the engine that powers and provides access to the AI Data Cloud, creating a solution for data warehousing, data lakes, data engineering, data science, data application development, and data sharing. Join Snowflake customers, partners, and data providers already taking their businesses to new frontiers in the Data Cloud.

WHO YOU ARE

As Senior Manager, Programs and Event Design, you will be responsible for driving Snowflake's events, campaigns and programs, bringing the brand to life.

We are looking for a hands-on design leader to join our Brand Design team. The ideal candidate is a master of the craft with a high attention to detail, who can take an idea from first sketch to production-ready files and guide a team doing the same. The work spans event identities and kits of parts, keynote and stage environments, booths and activations, signage and print, digital promotional banners, and the campaign artwork that other teams build from. You will have a systems-orientation to your work, bringing to life beautiful and sustainable designs that can adapt to many different outputs with consistency and unique brand ownership.

You are a collaborative and adaptable creative, leading a small and growing team of designers while also working with the broader team across the Brand & Creative department.

You must be someone who is a self-starter with a can-do attitude. A designer who loves design exploration but also thrives with fast paced environments. You are able to manage your own projects in a timely manner, work with internal and external partners, and are able to present your work to stakeholders and explain your design thinking. You will create your work with a high attention to detail and craft.

This role reports into the Brand Design function and will be based in the Menlo Park, CA office.

  • Engage collaboratively across marketing with copywriters, demand gen, field, events, content, customer, and product marketing to brainstorm ideas that engage Snowflake customers and prospects to drive purchase intent
  • Deliver on a wide-range of projects including demand generation and product marketing assets, landing pages, infographics, guides/eBooks, social media campaigns, event spaces, sales tools, partnerships, advertising and other go-to-market assets that drive visibility for and interest in Snowflake
  • Develop and oversee digital and print design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring assets support design principles and best practices, and follow corporate standards related to visual style and branding guidelines
  • Accomplish all identified project goals for visual design, brand strategy and user experience
  • Stay current on industry trends and inform creative partners on digital processes, technologies, trends, and potential opportunities to accomplish seamless customer experience
  • Help to identify and implement efficiency improvements for design processes through use of in-house AI tools
WHAT YOU’LL HAVE
  • 10+ years creative expertise in design at an agency, design studio or internal marketing team

  • Experience designing large-scale live events, including stages, environments and booths
  • Track record of impact in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high-quality design output
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; capable of working seamlessly within a team and with various stakeholders to meet deadlines
