Job summary

Talent Systems, LLC is seeking a Brand & Creative Manager to own and evolve brand systems across a portfolio of brands. You will define identity standards, personally execute design work, and guide shoots while coordinating with marketing, product, and biz dev.

The role combines strategic vision with hands-on craft, managing freelance designers and external partners to ensure cohesive, high-quality brand experiences across marketing, product, and events.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in brand/creative/design management with multi-brand experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; hands-on design capability.
• Experience managing freelancers or interns and coordinating external resources.
• Proven ability to plan and produce photo/video shoots from brief to delivery.
• Strong visual and copy sensibility; detail-oriented with cross-team coordination.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Braze, HubSpot, Mailchimp).

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design creative across formats and channels for multiple brands.
• Plan, produce, and art-direct photo and video shoots from brief through delivery.
• Identify and use automated tools for simple, templated requests; reserve hands-on work for core brand outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and business development to align brand systems.
• Train and support internal teams on brand guidelines to enable self-serve execution.
• Partner with external developers on website implementations and QA visual designs.
