Job summary

Sincere Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, Creative to lead brand design and the creative pipeline across marketing and digital stationery. You will shape visual identities, establish systems, and guide a team to deliver polished work across campaigns and media.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will translate data and business priorities into briefs, manage assets, and ensure on-brand execution while maintaining a strong hands-on design presence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in brand or multidisciplinary design with a strong portfolio

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve visual expression through style guides, templates, toolkits and reusable systems.
• Lead design across campaigns, email, ads, social, and other touchpoints.
• Shape creative direction for Punchbowl and Lovebird digital stationery collections and review work.
• Guide tools, systems, workflows for design, collaboration, assets, and AI integration.
• Guide motion and video from concept to execution; contribute hands-on where impactful.
• Provide clear feedback to designers, illustrators, photographers, videographers and partners.
• Maintain visibility of priorities, deadlines, dependencies, and bottlenecks to keep pipeline moving.
