• 15+ years of experience across creative leadership and production services.
• Experience running an in-house creative organization with hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain a high creative standard across Brand Lab Studio outputs (brand, campaign, content, production).
• Lead integrated campaign ideas from concept to delivery and guide diverse creative teams.
• Oversee studio operations: intake, briefing, scheduling, prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery.
