• Collaborate with strategists to align creative with business objectives and participate in stakeholder presentations.
• Define visual direction for brand photography and motion; guide production teams to maintain brand integrity.
• Integrate AI tools into workflows; explore new technologies to improve speed and quality.
• Lead critiques, coach designers, and allocate resources with project management.
