Job summary

Soffe, corporate office in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to own production and execution of visual assets across brand touchpoints for marketing, ecommerce, wholesale, retail, Amazon, and experiential initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years of graphic design experience, a 4‑year degree in a related field, and expert proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign with strong print production and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 5–8 years of graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong print production knowledge and portfolio across digital, print, and experiential channels.

Responsibilities

• Execute design projects across digital, print, retail, ecommerce, and experiential channels.
• Produce brand‑consistent creative assets from approved concepts and briefs.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards across all deliverables.
• Maintain and organize creative files, templates, and asset libraries.
• Partner with marketing, ecommerce, sales, merchandising, and product teams.
• Work under the direction of the Creative Director.
• Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, printers, and production vendors as needed.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
