GO Media in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to drive brand systems and design across the portfolio. This hands-on role combines conceptual leadership with daily production work, shaping visual identity and ensuring consistency as the company scales.

The ideal candidate is fast, versatile, and opinionated about craft, able to defend decisions, and capable of owning work end-to-end with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience in an agency, in-house marketing team, or fast-moving brand environment.
• A portfolio showing range — brand systems, digital campaign work, print/large-format, and presentation design.
• Static expertise; motion a plus.
• Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Real print production experience: specs, bleeds, proofs, vendor coordination, and hitting a hard ship date.
• The ability to work on six things at once without losing quality or dropping the seventh.
• Strong written and verbal communication — you can explain why a design decision was made to someone who isn't a designer.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and a bias toward making a call rather than waiting for one.

Responsibilities

• Brand systems: maintain and evolve visual identity, guidelines, templates, and asset libraries.
• Marketing and campaign design: landing pages, social, email, ads, print, and lead-gen collateral.
• Product and education design: marketing materials for education platform, onboarding, in-app announcements, help content, and sales collateral.
• Sales and partner materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, sponsorship packages, and co-branded assets.
• Events and experiential: signage, booth graphics, stage design, printed programs, swag, on-site collateral.
• Client practice marketing: design for orthodontic practice clients, including branding and patient-facing materials.
