Role Summary

As a Sr. Graphic Designer, you will have experience in branding, various print media, packaging, and have a strong understanding of design principles. You will be expected to work independently, take ownership of projects, and contribute innovative design solutions that align with business goals. This role offers an opportunity for designers to take on greater creative responsibility and contribute to strategic visual direction while staying up to date with emerging design technologies and software programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and maintain brand elements and guidelines.
  • Develop and execute branding concepts, logos, packaging, and marketing materials for brands and private labels.
  • Design engaging and high‑quality visuals for print, digital, social media, web platforms, and in‑store branding and retail‑tainment events.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and leadership to develop and implement branding and design solutions.
  • Communicate and present design concepts, ideas, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the other designers on the team, ensuring high design standards.
  • Prepare and optimize graphics for various marketing channels, mediums, print, and/or distribution to vendors.
  • Stay updated on design trends, industry advancements, and emerging tools.
  • Assist Graphic Designer in hitting deadlines where appropriate or necessary.
  • Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
  • Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support to others, assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Qualities for Success
  • At least 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or in‑house setting and a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Experience with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch) is a plus.
  • Basic motion graphics experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of typography, layout, branding, and color theory.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Extreme organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and teamwork skills with the ability to provide guidance to Graphic Designer I positions when necessary.
  • Strong understanding of retail business practices.
  • Intense desire to learn new skills and dive deep into challenging projects.
  • Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Experience in print and digital advertising and branding preferred.
  • Understanding of print processes and production requirements.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Employees can be expected to be paid an annualized salary range of $70,000–80,000, based on variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions.
