Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• Prior relevant work experience in a design capacity required.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Ability to follow specifications and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Supervisor/Client Relationship Managers to determine project scope.
• Prepare work by gathering information and materials from Design Manager.
• Create designs/layouts that maintain brand identity.
• Maintain client-specific colors, images, text style, and layout for final output.
• Create and maintain brand consistency for client deliverables.
• Communicate project status with relevant personnel.
• Adhere to calendar deadlines and project timelines.
• Maintain files and update change logs.
• Review designs for errors prior to submission and production processes.
• Incorporate changes into the final design as required.
