Soffe is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to own the production and execution of visual assets across all brand touchpoints. This role serves as the primary in‑house design resource, translating creative direction into high‑quality, on‑brand materials that support marketing, ecommerce, wholesale, retail, Amazon, and experiential initiatives.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building a digital ad campaign, designing a product catalog, updating website assets, creating Amazon A+ content, preparing trade show graphics, and developing executive presentations. Success in this role requires exceptional design execution, strong production skills, excellent project management, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. This position works closely with the Creative Director, Art Director, Marketing Team, Ecommerce Team, Merchandising, Sales, and external partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative Production & Asset Development

• Execute design projects across digital, print, retail, ecommerce, and experiential channels.
• Produce brand‑consistent creative assets from approved concepts and briefs.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

• 5–8 years of graphic design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

Expert Proficiency

• Adobe Illustrator.
• Adobe Photoshop.
• Adobe InDesign.
• Strong print production knowledge.
• Strong digital asset production experience.
• Experience building files for commercial printing.
• Portfolio demonstrating work across digital, print, and experiential channels.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

• Fashion, apparel, consumer goods, or lifestyle brand experience.
• Shopify experience.
• Amazon A+ content experience.
• Klaviyo email design experience.
• Motion graphics experience (After Effects).
• Basic photography and retouching knowledge.
