Job summary

OFFLINE by Aerie is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Freehold, NJ. You will bring our brand to life in-store, ensuring every guest has an amazing shopping experience and leaves happier than when they arrived.

As the face of our brand, you’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom. Previous retail experience and the energy to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to tailor recommendations.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fits.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while upholding company policy.
• Support team, contributing to store goals.
