Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador who brings the brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and building loyalty with every guest.

You are the face of the brand, enthusiastic about AE and Aerie products, and will adapt to various store zones while upholding company values. You’ll showcase product knowledge, promote the loyalty program, and help ensure exceptional service across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Enjoy engaging with guests and sharing product knowledge.
• Demonstrates integrity and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to customers.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following store policy.
• Support the team to ensure the job gets done.
