Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You will provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience, be the face of our company, and represent our values by bringing your REAL self to work.

You will engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while solving guest concerns.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred
• You've worked in retail before.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they're looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suitable recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Work as part of the team to get the job done.
