Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Hingham, MA. You will bring the brand to life in-store, delivering an exceptional shopping experience and representing our company values with your authentic self.

You’ll engage guests, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Prior retail experience is valued and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help customers find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and support teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.
