Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Winchester, VA is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life for every guest. You’ll be the face of our store, delivering an amazing shopping experience while embodying our values and REAL self.

You’ll inform guests about AE & Aerie products, build loyalty with the brand, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom to support the team. Prior retail experience helps, as does a positive, energetic attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit needs.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals.
• Uphold brand integrity and store policies.
