Your role includes engaging guests, educating them on product offerings, and promoting the brand's loyalty program. Ideal candidates enjoy interacting with people, manage multiple tasks seamlessly, and have prior retail experience. Formación

• Love interacting with people.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail experience.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate and suggest AEO & Aerie products to guests.
• Introduce loyalty programs and brand channels.
• Flexibly assist in Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist team members cooperatively.
