So Good So You is seeking a Senior Manager of Brand Activation to translate broad brand vision into social, creator, and partnership programs that deepen consumer connection. You will lead initiatives across social, partnerships, experiential, and community, guiding internal teams and external partners from concept to execution.

You bring deep experience building modern, social-first brands, set clear direction, and drive measurable impact while growing a high-performing team.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of brand activation and integrated marketing experience.
• Proven track record in social, influencer/creator programs.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

• Lead activities across social, creators, partnerships, experiential, community, and other consumer engagements.
• Develop plans and experiences that bring So Good So You to life and grab attention.

• Coach and develop the team, while collaborating with agencies, creators, and partners.
