KeyBank is seeking a Branch Manager in the New York area to lead a high-performing team and deliver superior client service. You will analyze client needs and offer financial solutions while ensuring branch performance and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, developing partnerships with COIs, and driving growth through targeted sales activities. Weekend work may be required as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team and coaching others.
• Understanding of small business deposit/credit operations.
• Knowledge of financial statements and credit concepts.
• Familiarity with COIs to promote business.
• Strong communication and public speaking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the branch team to deliver exceptional client service.
• Engage with small business clients and build centers of influence.
• Drive growth through retention, expansion, and acquisition tactics.
• Ensure regulatory, security, and internal control compliance.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, recruiting and onboarding of staff.
• Provide coaching and performance management to the team.
• Maintain Branch Playbook execution to meet branch goals.
• Support cross-functional partnerships with other lines of business.
