WillScot in Honolulu seeks an experienced Branch Operations Manager to drive safety, cost control, workforce management and efficient inventory handling for our branch. You will lead a diverse team and ensure responsive customer service across field operations and shop activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3 years of applicable experience.
• 5 years’ experience managing one or more direct reports in a service shop/manufacturing/building construction environment.
• Experience managing a unit or departmental budget.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect managerial oversight to branch operational employees (Production Supervisors, Shop/Yard Labor, Field Service, Dispatchers/Transportation Coordinators, Drivers, Branch Coordinator).
• Manage tasks, daily assignments and other duties for temporary workers and contractors.
• Communicates clearly to all branch employees.
• Use internal systems to deliver safe, timely, cost effective revenue activities.
• Oversee cost management through maintenance, inventory and servicing of fleet.
