Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager III for the STARKEY RANCH DENOVO BRANCH in Odessa, FL. This in-office leadership role drives branch performance, growth, and customer experience while coaching a high-performing team.

You will lead client engagements, manage risk, ensure compliance, and foster an inclusive workplace. A bachelor's degree and significant managerial experience in banking or related sectors are preferred; Notary public eligibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• An operations or production environment position typically requires 2 years of previous managerial experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manages and leads priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance including growth activities for outside business development.
• Executes relationship management activities with new and/or existing consumer and business clients to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals.
• Leads and coaches a high performing team that drives acquisition of growth, mitigates risk, develops and maintains collaborative eco-system partnerships.
• Coaches team to engage with customers in technology enabled interactions, providing solutions oriented consultation that improves client financial well-being.
• Leads the employee experience by attracting, on-boarding, coaching and development of branch team members, and models inclusive leadership.
