You will drive growth, manage relationships with consumer and business clients, and ensure a seamless omni-channel experience while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of industry-relevant experience; managerial experience preferred.
• Notary Public ability may be required and background checks will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead branch performance, including growth activities and outside business development.
• Develop client solutions through discovery conversations and collaborate with internal partners.
• Lead, coach and develop a high performing team and ensure an excellent client experience in an omni-channel environment.
• Oversee risk, governance and compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
• Drive employee engagement, talent development and performance management within the branch.
