Qualifications

• Typically requires 3+ years of related experience.
• Notary Public eligibility may be required for the applicable state.
• No degree required for ideal candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of branch performance and drive revenue with consultative client interactions.
• Grow branch revenue through consumer and business banking and ecosystem partner collaboration.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience and coach the team for technology-enabled interactions.
• Develop talent through onboarding, coaching and performance management.
• Manage risk, compliance, and operate within regulatory guidelines.
