Based at the Starkey Ranch Denovo Branch, you will lead a high-performing team to drive branch performance, growth, and customer satisfaction through proactive outreach and community involvement. You will coach staff, implement client-focused strategies, and ensure compliant, seamless service across in-person and Omni-channel interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of industry-relevant experience in banking/branch leadership.
• 2+ years of managerial experience in operations or production if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive branch performance, including growth activities.
• Coach a high-performing team to deliver customer experiences and sales results.
• Develop client solutions through discovery conversations and collaboration with partners.
