Job summary

Mariner Finance seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to drive branch operations and customer experience in a fast-paced environment. You will support the Branch Manager, service customers, and manage delinquency efforts while coaching teammates to improve results.

The role requires several years in customer service or lending, with licensing to sell insurance. You will contribute to daily reporting, compliance, and leadership development within the team at the Seattle branch.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a customer service or sales position.
• Two (2) years of experience in the Consumer Lending and/or Financial Services industry.
• Must obtain applicable licenses to sell insurance products.
• Must perform work at the assigned branch location.

Responsibilities

• Promote branch operations by providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales and delinquency targets.
• Service existing and potential customers; collect delinquent accounts; support manager in daily operations.
• Coach teammates for improved results and handle daily administrative tasks.
• Prepare reports for the Branch Manager and ensure branch compliance.
• In the Manager's absence, coordinate daily operations with District Manager; learn applicable laws.
