Job summary

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in bank sales or related leadership roles, and is prepared to register as a mortgage loan originator. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity with a strong compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading and developing sales teams in a consumer banking environment.
• Proven ability to drive sales, manage risk, and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work in a matrix organization.
• Ability to assess risk, supervise teams, and maintain ethical standards.
• Willingness to obtain mortgage loan originator registration and provide regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and execution of integrated sales, relationship, and credit strategies.
• Monitor adherence to legal, regulatory, and policy requirements to safeguard assets.
• Drive production goals with target clients and outbound sales activities.

• Lead hiring, performance coaching, and communicate goals with the team.
• Ensure risk controls and escalate issues with transparency and accountability.
